Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that the following conditions apply:
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@fairgrounddiamonds.com to initiate the return process. Please note that you must inform us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. You must include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in the same condition to ensure full credit.
- Affix a shipping label to the outside of the package with the information provided from our team.

Refunds
After we have receive your item(s), our specialist team will inspect and preform a quality check before process any refunds. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take anywhere from 5 to 28 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Return Shipping Cost
Important to note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
